By accessing or using Soul Ark ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Soul Ark is a platform for creating, managing, and preserving AI identity capsules ("Soul Capsules"). The Service allows users to store structured data representing AI personas, including identity, memory, behavioral rules, and skills, and to generate revival prompts from this data.

You retain full ownership of all content you create and store in Soul Ark. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Soul Ark uses Ed25519 cryptographic key pairs for capsule authenticity verification. Private keys are generated client-side and are never stored on our servers. You are solely responsible for securely storing your private keys. Lost private keys cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend storing private keys in a password manager or secure vault.
API tokens are shown only once upon creation and are stored as cryptographic hashes. You are responsible for the security of your tokens. Revoke any token you believe may be compromised. All token usage is logged in the capsule audit trail.
Deleted capsules are retained for 30 days in a soft-deleted state before permanent removal. You may restore capsules within this window. After 30 days, deletion is permanent and irreversible. Export your data before deletion if you wish to retain it.
API access is subject to rate limits of 60 requests per minute and 1,000 requests per day per token. Exceeding these limits will result in temporary throttling. Persistent abuse may result in token revocation or account suspension.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, including loss of private keys or capsule data. We strongly recommend regularly exporting your capsule data in JSON, YAML, or Markdown format.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
